Qi-gong exercise for strong hands/fingers
Qi-gong, working on the functionality of the body. Hand Qi-gong is an exercise for body workers, healers and musicians.
This exercise will improve the functionality of your fingers and make your hands stronger. By aligning the body, using the breath and directing the blood.
Through this small challenging exercise you stimulate the body to support the fingers. And as is sad in classical text: strong hands make a strong body.
