Applications with MeineBase

Bad

Three lids and three tablespoons of MeineBase are required for a basic bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 36 – 38 °C and a bath time of at least 30 minutes. For a children's pool of approximately 20 liters we recommend half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase.

foot bath

Half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase at a water temperature of 38 – 41 °C is sufficient for a foot bath. The foot bath should last at least 30 minutes.

Handbad

For a hand bath, put half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase in a bowl of water.

Peeling

To do this, mix BasenSchauer with MeineBase in a ratio of 2:1 and scrub your body with it. With robust skin, MeineBase can also be used pure. Then rinse with a shower head.

Steam bath

To use MeineBase with a vapor band, you must first sweat for about five minutes. Then apply a little MeineBase to the body and massage in gently. Then sweat for another ten minutes and finally shower.

MeineBase can also be mixed with honey for particularly intensive care. Mix a tablespoon of MeineBase and one to two tablespoons of liquid honey with a little water to form a spreadable paste. Apply this to the body after a few minutes of sweating, leave it on for another 10 – 15 minutes and rinse with water after the vapor bath.

Fill a bowl with 1.5 – 2 liters of boiling water and then add half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase. Depending on the need, inhalations can be inhaled for two to three minutes two to three times a day.

Deodorant

Mix a prize of MeineBase with a little water in the palm of your hand. Moisten the soapy underarms with this lye water and let it dry.

dental care

Dissolve a little MeineBase in a cup of water and dip the toothbrush in it. Then put a fluoride-free toothpaste on the brush and brush the teeth as usual.

Massage

Use a high-quality skin oil for this, and mix it with MeineBase. Apply the skin oil and then take the basic salt from a plate with the flat of your hand and massage it in gently.

Dosage of MeineBase

The lid of the packaging is a closure and handy dosing aid at the same time. At the top one can find two markings. If you fill the lid to the top mark, this corresponds to one tablespoon. The bottom marking gives the amount of a teaspoon.
