Self-care lessons and exercises are part of Chinese medicine and fall under 'the art of Chinese self-healing’ (Yang Sheng) Chinese medicine looks at and considers the interaction between the inner and outer world.

This course covers the basic concept of Yin-Yang, placed in the context of classical Chinese medicine. Yin Yang is a principle that you can use as a tool. Similar to what a microscope is to Western medicine. By using your observation skills, insight and experience, to view a situation through the concept of yin yang.

This series of lessons challenges you to recognize your center and make it stronger with the help of Yin-Yang theory as explained in classical Chinese medicine. Both in theory and in practice with Meditation Qi-gong exercises.
