Small circulation meditation

The Small Circulation Meditation is a practical meditation to get better at your body.

In the small circulation, the Du-mai ('father meridian'), at the back of the spine, and the Ren-mai ('mother meridian'), at the front of the body, are connected.

These meridans belong to the ancestral structures of the body. This means that the oldest physical memories are stored here.

In this exercise you activate the circulation that connects the front and back as well as the top and bottom. This helps to increase body awareness and restore and strengthen the natural balance.

Meditation literally means being in your midst.
