The Dai-mai chakra meditation is a practical meditation to get into your body better.
Dai-mai is about the horizontal channels/nadis/meridians that shape the body.
Chakras are energy/concentration points in the body on the vertical axis.
This exercise helps to restore and strengthen both the left-right balance and the bottom-up balance
and get more in touch with the deeper parts of the body.
Meditation literally means being in your midst.
