Thanks Cas, for the treatment this morning. It's so good, and I'm so happy to be back “in contact” to be and to be aware again of all those inner perceptions. It brings back confidence, both in the body and in everything I've done in my working life. It feels rich and connected.

Now, after almost three years, it's back “meaning in life”.
